Helpdesk-3 is the TreeTools´s service desk software. A tool for Service Management that more than 10 years ago implements the concepts of Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management, just as ITIL methodology proposes today.
This is a configurable service desk software that supports users in any area of expertise, be it IT, telecommunications, services or otherwise. Helpdesk-3 meets the IT support, and can be used in Shared Services Center (SSC), or any business area that centralizes internal or external customer care.
