Report-3 - Configurable report generation

Generating queries and exporting them to worksheets are facilities enable to you by Report-3.

Report-3 allows you to create ad hoc queries to access the incidents and problems database. These queries can be saved and changed according to your needs.

This module also allows you to assign access rights levels, so that you can, for example, allow end users to access directly the system and have access to certain queries.
